Finleys Cafe, nestled in the scenic Lulworth Cove, is a gem that captivates both locals and visitors alike. With its cozy atmosphere and friendly service, this cafe sets the perfect tone for a relaxing meal after exploring the beautiful coast. Customers often rave about the hearty cooked breakfasts served hot and fresh, making it a delightful start to any day.
Highlights include the highly praised fish and chips, which come at a reasonable price and are accompanied by a selection of tasty fillings for jacket potatoes. The cafe also offers gluten-free options, ensuring everyone can find something to enjoy. Mike Spragg’s glowing review of the "comfort" food really encapsulates the essence of what Finleys Cafe provides—quality and satisfaction far exceeding typical motorway service stations.
While some dishes, like the chicken mayo baguette, may be viewed as a tad pricey by some, the overall experience, combined with outdoor seating to soak in the sun, makes it a worthwhile stop. The cafe promises a blend of tasty food and stunning views, making it an ideal place to unwind after a hike or simply enjoy a comforting meal. Overall, Finleys Cafe is highly recommended for anyone seeking a delicious escape in a picturesque setting.

Was there on Friday and had the most amazing cooked breakfast. Everything was hot and fresh and tasted amazing! We'd avoided going to places on the way down from Bursledon and so glad we did - as to find this and the "comfort" food was so much better than a motorway service station !

Stopped at Finley's Cafe to grab some food after hiking Durdle Door. The staff was very friendly and there's also an outside area, where it is nice to eat while having some sunshine and making company for your pet. The food was OK - I found it a bit pricey for how it tasted (I had a chicken mayo baguette and a ready to drink orange juice), but it wasn't bad and came with a bit of crisps and greens.

Love the fish n’ chips (13.50) and hefty jackpot w/ salad (7.95) Jacket potato have filling option to choose from: Tuna mayo, cheese beans, cheese Ham. they also offer Gluten-free Cod Fishcakes chips. friendly staff both lunch and breakfast time xx dine in place is usually busy but we’re still accommodated with a smile. Affordable and definitely recommend. We just hope they’d open a bit earlier :)

Had just a portion of chips at the chippy. Was the best ever! Lovely and crisp outside and fluffy inside. Absolutely delicious. Worth visiting just for this. No wonder the birds wait patiently.

Best fish and chips I’ve had in my life. Seaside fish and chips are legendary but this one was special. From the friendly and smiling staff who greet you as you walk in and offer sauces, vinegar and salt. Cold drinks and awesome cider. The fish and chips were crispy, fresh and succulent. Chips weren’t greasy but just right, crunchy and soft on the inside. Fish batter crispy and stuck to the fish. Delicious and hot they fry when you order so it isn’t left out soggy and warm.

Lovely little cafe and perfectly situated after the amount of walking you'll be doing. The lady server is so friendly and welcoming. The toasted tea cakes are highly recommend!! ...
